It’s that time of the year when woolly hats and scarfs come back into fashion. I’ve already got Connor in his and he hates them. Typical! The 31st of the month will soon arrive and I can’t wait to carve pumpkins with my family and friends and host my yearly Halloween party.
1. Complete my online Body Positivity E-Course at http://uncustomary.org
I joined the Uncustomary Tribe at the beginning of 2017 and I wanted to take an online course, Mary who created the business runs a range of E-Course from Self-Love to Blogging 101. So I chose one of her courses Body Positivity and I’ve completed lessons 1-6 so far. I have learnt so much from the first 6 lessons, that I plan to complete the course by the end of the month and write about my experience on my blog by November!
2. Read Body Positive Power: How to stop dieting, make peace with your body and live by Megan Jayne Crabbe.
I came across Megan on her Facebook page a few months back and fell in love with the message she is getting out there. If you would like to know more visit her website here: bodyposipanda. The book has so many positive reviews, I can’t wait to read it and give my own thoughts.
So those are my October goals! The reason for only setting two goals this month is because I am also doing Blogtober. These goals are also part of my self-love journey, they need my full attention.
